No returns or exchanges. After an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your cart and size guide before purchase.

Your order number will appear once an order is placed, but your tracking number will be emailed to you once an item is shipped. Please be advised to save both numbers for any customer service issues.

Once we ship your item, the carrier parcel is responsible for any issues with lost mail. Please contact USPS, UPS or DHL if your package has been stolen or lost in mail. We only refund orders if they are shipped back to our facility.
