When will my item ship?
In our efforts to avoid environmental waste, our items are made once you place an order and typically take 5-9 business days to ship from our facility.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Note: once we ship the item, the parcel (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) is responsible for delays or lost packages. Please contact their customer service line for refunds or support.
