Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to most locations worldwide. Please be aware of your country's duty fees if this is the case.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges at the moment. Please look over our size guide and product details before purchase.
When will my item ship?
In our efforts to avoid environmental waste, our items are made once you place an order and typically take 5-9 business days to ship from our facility.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Note: once we ship the item, the parcel (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) is responsible for delays or lost packages. Please contact their customer service line for refunds or support.
